Sean went through the house at the same time as the insurance adjuster and ensured that all damages and needed repairs were brought to the attention of the adjuster. His estimates were all accepted by the insurance company...we had no hassles whatsoever thanks to Sean. If there was additional work that needed to be done as repairs were ongoing, he submitted the claims, and once again, everything went so smoothly. The work itself was of high quality. The removal of popcorn ceiling was surprisingly tidy and the end result is beautiful. The quality of the hardwood flooring installation was to notch. The tile work in the 2 bathrooms was beautiful...much better than the original. Sean and his team were happy to do plumbing and drywall upgrades/additions when requested, and their rates were very reasonable. The quality of the work was exceptional. Detail work like trim and mouldings was also very well don--beautiful. The guys were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job cleaning up each and every day they were on site. This was the second job we have called in HammerDown, and we will continue to use his services in the future. I strongly recommend Sean. He does great work, and is very proficient at dealing with insurance companies on his client's behalf.
